We require 24 hours notice for ALL cancellations to avoid being charged a fee. *For appointments of two or more dogs or private appointments, we require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. If we do not receive at least 24 or 48 hours respectively, there will be a fee of $30 or 50% of the groom (whichever is higher) for first time cancellations.
New customers and repeat offenders of our cancellation policy will be required to have a credit card on file to book all appointments.
Second offence cancellations will result in a fee of 100% of the groom. Any client who has no called no showed in the past will be required to leave a 100% deposit to hold an appointment. This deposit will be forfeited if we do not receive 24 hours notice of cancellation.
What happens if I am late for my drop off time?
Our day relies heavily on our dogs being dropped off on time. Dogs that are 15 min late or more may need to be rescheduled and will be charged for a last minute cancellation fee. * There is no guarantee that we will be able to fit your dog in our schedule before their next pre-scheduled appointment. *** If you are more than 15 min late for your scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule your dog and the last minute cancellation fee ($30 or 50%) will apply for the first time ( 100% for private appointments) 100% for the second time. We will do our best to accommodate your dog and a late fee will apply.
We are not able to give exact pricing over the phone. We can provide you with a general price range, but no pricing is set until pick up. Pricing depends on several factors including, but not limited to
-Size
-Length of coat
-Condition of coat
-Type and texture of coat
-Frequency of grooming
-Desired style
-Presence of matting
-behavior/temperament and how experienced he/she is with grooming
These estimates do not include de-matting fees and are subject to change. Price may also vary throughout your animals life, and may vary from visit to visit. Please ask staff for further information at the beginning of your appointment.
We reserve the right to increase pricing on animals not on a regular grooming schedule. We consider a regular grooming schedule to be every 4-8 weeks unless otherwise stated. All prices are estimated and can change without notice.
Scheduling: We encourage you to pre-schedule your appointments up to 8 months in advance to ensure your dog will always have an appointment when they will need it.
We understand you may need to reschedule an appointment now and then but if we need to reschedule more that 4 a $25 service fee will occur.
Payment: We accept cash, check, or credit card. There will be a $35 return check fee.
