New customers, Please read!

Before you arrive for your first visit to The Perfect Paw, please read over our rules that may vary from other salons you have visited. 

 

We require a credit card on file to book ALL new appointments. This credit card will be charged in the event of a no call no show or cancellation (please refer to our cancellation policy for more details). Your card information is held securely in our system and CANNOT be accessed by anyone. This card DOES NOT have to be used at the time of check out, but can be used for a faster method of payment. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel/reschedule you. Please give us a call if you are going to be late.* fees are located on the Shop policy page.

We DO NOT accept pets who are actively coughing or pets who have had severe diarrhea in the past 24 hours.

We do offer flea and tick services at an additional charge (please ask us for additional details). Please inform us of this BEFORE your pet is brought in for their appointment.  Should we find parasites on your pet that were NOT mentioned at the time of drop off, there will be an additional charge of $12-20 added to your ticket. Baths are NOT an alternative to prescribed flea preventative!

We will TEXT OR CALL YOU before your pet's grooming is complete! Should you arrive early and distract your pet, we reserve the right to end the grooming session, at full cost, even if your pets grooming isn't completed! If you arrive and see your pet is still being finished, enter quietly and have a seat in the lobby. For your pet's safety, DO NOT talk to or excite your fur baby until they are off of the grooming table!
